Planning consist of various aspects such as resource planning, finance, time and manpower management. We make sure that we deliver best quality moulds and tools

The planning at Anushka Moulds & Dies Pvt. Ltd. starts once the 2D/3D model is finalised. The next step is to procure raw material within a day or two. Parallely manufacturing program is also in process.

For every tool a thorough and well prepared plan chart is designed. This chart depicts the plan at every stage of tool making. This plan is monitored everyday to ensure that the tool is completed in the scheduled time.

With accurate customer requirement and planning chart for production, our team begins with the designing process. We use high end software like Master CAM, Unigrahics, and Pro-E.

Through the modules and drawings final solutions are framed. This modeled design is then verified with experts for thier reviews. Changes are incorporated to make it as per the customers requirement. Then begins the review process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The beginning of our solution that is design undergoes quality test, hence it is reviewed by a team of experienced specialists. Feasibility study on the part, tool and functions are analyzed for precise manufacturing. Mould flow analysis is used wherever necessary.

The final design is shared with the customers for their approval. Any changes from the customer are incorporated before the machining work begins.

Mr. Vilas Salvi has been in the field for more than 20 years. He has a versatile and vast experience in various aspects of mould and die making i.e. press tools, injection moulds for plastics, gravity casting, pressure die casting.

Our General Manager (Tool room) has a vast experience and can undertake challenging moulds and dies.

Our General Manager (Technical) has thorough knowledge and experience from design to manufacturing. He also handles technical interaction with clients.

Along with this, the team of qualified design engineers, CNC programmers and trained technicians complete our dedicated team.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Throughout the production process we use modern analytical, measuring and inspection equipment which is regularly maintained and calibrated. This enables us to achieve the standards we are known for with our customers. Our Inspection Staff exercise control of all aspects of production and maintain documentation which is held for statutory periods to demonstrate traceability.
